I am Aeson Mehrzad, your neighborhood Realtor. I have always lived on the north side of
Evansville, spending my childhood in Eagle Crossing East and my teenage years in Stonegate
Hill. All my life, I have been fascinated by architecture and home design. But my interest in real
estate itself started when my parents were looking to buy a new house when I was 9 years old. I
would go to every open house with them, and when my dad would sit down to look at properties
on the computer I would join him. Now that I am a Realtor, my goal is to be the one to help
